If you haven’t caught on yet, beverages are my all time favorite. I love creating new and fun flavors to change up the daily intake of water. This Blueberry Cashew Milk recipe was inspired by the dairy section of the grocery store. While walking by I noticed the milk and some blueberry yogurt sitting next to each other and thought, what a great combination!
This milk tastes great on it’s own, but you could also add it into a smoothie for an added boost. It would also taste amazing with these brownies!
in a large container with a lid place 4 cups of water, dates cashews and vanilla extract in refrigerator for 8 hours to soak
remove from the fridge and drain the water. Place the ingredients into a food processor and add 4 cups of water
add in the blueberries and agave or honey
blend until smooth
place a tight strainer over a large pot and slowly pour the mixture to drain through. You can squeeze out any liquid with a cheese cloth
