Rebecca

Welcome and thanks for stopping by! My journey to nutrition like many of us, was a bumpy and winding road. I graduated from Keene State College in 2011 with a degree in Business Management, from there I went on to work various corporate jobs from retail, finance, and higher education as a project manager. During my time in higher education I received my Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and although an interesting degree and a satisfying accomplishment my true passion for nutrition and helping people live a healthy lifestyle was still burning to be fulfilled.

A few shorts months after graduating with my master’s degree I enrolled in the Nutritional Therapy Association to become a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). Here I expanded my existing knowledge and learned how to find balance in my own life when it came to working out and eating right.

During this time of self discovery, I realized that life and our nutritional needs are not linear, and the need for flexibility and change is essential for growth in all areas of life. Here is where I discovered the joy and importance in educating people on how to balance changes and identify their individual needs. Through this knowledge I am able to help you on your journey, no matter what stage it’s at and progress with you as it continues to evolve into a lifestyle that works effortlessly for you.

Nutrition is an ever evolving journey that changes as we shift through our lives. Due to our constant evolution our bodies have different needs during various stages of our lives. By educating individuals on the importance of nutrition and associated emotions, I give clients the skills to achieve a stress free and balanced life.

Throughout my journey I was challenged with obsessive patterns that made it difficult for me to fully enjoy all aspects of my life. When I became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I simultaneously found my balance and passion in helping others achieve a maintainable, balanced lifestyle.

RESET. REFRESH. FIND BALANCE.

The core premise behind what we believe.

At any point in our lives we need to either Reset, Refresh, or Find Balance.

Reset: the notion that we are ready to implement change either with our food or mindset. This shift occurs when we realize something is out of balance. Here is where we eliminate what no longer serves us nutritionally and begin to look at what triggers us mentally.

Refresh: what happens once we have implemented our reset. Here we slowly adjusting dietary and lifestyle behaviors to consciously align with where we want to be.

Find Balance: when we have recognized and implemented our reset and refresh stages. It is here that we work to maintain a balance that keeps us fulfilled and happy in all aspects of our lives.
